Building inspector, Antonio, is driving the contractor, Tristan, crazy. He makes and demands corrections terminating in an angry confrontation. Fed up with the contractor's profanity, the inspector takes matters under control; pulling the young man over his lap and spanking him into submission. Tristan checks the building code and discovers that Antonio was wrong. On the next inspection.
